Before Filling Out the Form

Please check the current condition of the product.

• The product must be unwashed, unaltered, and in a condition suitable for resale.

• The product tag must not have been removed; there must be no makeup, perfume, stains, odors, or signs of use.

• We kindly ask that shawls and headscarves be tried on for inspection purposes only.

• For products that are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, legal exceptions may apply if the protective packaging, tape, or seal is opened.
