When are products shipped?
Your orders are prepared and delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days.
Who pays the shipping fee?
For purchases of 4,000 TL and above, the shipping fee is covered by Halfmekka. For orders under 4,000 TL, the shipping cost is displayed at the payment stage.
How can I track my order?
When your order is delivered to cargo, tracking information is sent to your phone via SMS. You can track your shipment by checking your messages. If you experience any problems, you can contact us via WhatsApp.
How is the fit of the products?
A significant portion of Halfmekka products are designed with a comfortable and loose fit. We recommend checking the measurements on the product page when choosing your size. If you are unsure about the size, you can consult us via WhatsApp.
What are the cleaning and care instructions for the products?
Our products are mostly made of natural fabrics. We recommend following the care instructions to preserve the shape and texture of the products.
Other product groups: Washing at a maximum of 30°C and 600 RPM is recommended.
Drying: Do not use a dryer.
